Beat Licensing
Every beat purchased on CypheDanzae.com comes with a legally binding license agreement delivered at checkout. Here's a plain-language breakdown of what each tier covers.
Non-Exclusive License
StandardProducer retains ownership. Beat may be licensed to others. Default term: 10 years.

- YouTube monetization
- Social media content
- Live performances
- Radio broadcast
- License survives beat removal from platform

Exclusive License
PremiumSole rights. Beat is removed from the marketplace after purchase.

Important Notes
- — All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a download has been initiated.
- — The Producer retains the underlying copyright to the composition in both license tiers. You are purchasing a license to use the beat, not ownership of the copyright.
- — You must credit the producer in your release (e.g., "Prod. by [Producer Name]") unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- — Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed.
- — The full license agreement is delivered as a PDF at checkout and is the governing document for your purchase.
License Survival & Beat Removal
Your license survives beat removal. If a Producer removes a beat from the CypheDanzae.com marketplace after you have purchased a Non-Exclusive License, your license remains valid and enforceable for its full term. The Producer's decision to remove the beat does not affect your rights.
Default license term. Non-Exclusive Licenses on CypheDanzae.com have a default term of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, unless a shorter term is specified in your individual license agreement delivered at checkout.
Producer obligations on removal. Before a Producer may delete a beat with active Non-Exclusive Licenses, the Platform requires them to: (1) review all active license holders, (2) acknowledge their continuing legal obligations in writing, and (3) receive an automated contract-log email listing every active license. This process is enforced by the Platform to protect Buyers.
Platform liability. CypheDanzae.com / CypheDanzae.com is not liable for disputes between Producers and Buyers arising from a Producer's removal of a beat. The Platform's role is to facilitate the transaction and maintain records — it is not a party to the underlying license agreement.
Sample Vault — Restricted License
Sample Vault beats may contain uncleared samples. Beats in the Sample Vault are licensed under a restricted Non-Exclusive Sample License for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial release requires the Buyer to independently clear all samples.
Producers disclose known sample information at upload. CypheDanzae.com does not verify this information and bears no liability for copyright infringement arising from the use of Sample Vault content. Buyers assume all risk.
